These terms govern your use of experience.ndotatravel.com and the travel services provided by NDOTA LLC, trading as Ndota Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Ndota Travel is a travel advisory and booking service. We arrange travel through third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. Those suppliers set their own terms, and your booking is also subject to them.
Quotes, fees and payment
Quoted prices are estimates until secured with payment and may change based on supplier availability and pricing. Consultation and planning fees, where they apply, are disclosed before you pay. Deposits and payments are due by the dates we give you; missed payment dates may result in a booking being released by the supplier.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change terms are set by the supplier for each booking and are disclosed at the time of booking. Our own service and planning fees are non-refundable once work has begun unless we state otherwise in writing.
Travel documents and eligibility
You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and any entry requirements for your destination, and for ensuring the names on your booking match your travel documents. We can advise, but we cannot be responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from incorrect or missing documentation.
Text messaging program
If you opt in, Ndota Travel may send you text messages relating to your enquiry, booking, itinerary, and occasional offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or booking.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. You may also email support@ndotatravel.com.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle the information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance for every booking. If you decline it, you accept the financial risk of cancellation, interruption, medical costs, and loss.
Limitation of liability
We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of those suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control including weather, strikes, and government action. Our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the fees you paid us for that booking.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
