How it works

The Ndota Wedding Process

A structured, concierge-style approach—so you’re never overwhelmed.

Step 1 — 10-Minute Discovery Call+
We begin with a quick 10-minute discovery call to learn more about your vision, guest count, budget range, and destination interests.
This call helps us determine: if your wedding aligns with the Ndota planning style and whether we are the right fit to move forward together.
Step 2 — Planning Fee + Strategy+
Once we confirm it is a good fit, a $99 planning fee is charged to begin the destination wedding planning process.
Good to know: the $99 fee is applied directly toward your package once your wedding is booked.
Step 3 — Curated Destination + Resort Shortlist+
We present a refined shortlist that matches your aesthetic, guest count, overall budget, and the type of wedding experience you want to create.
Includes: curated destination direction, resort recommendations, and upgrade paths based on your priorities.
Step 4 — Guest Travel Strategy + Wedding Flow+
We map out the guest travel plan, rooming approach, arrival flow, and the overall structure for the wedding week.
Outcome: your guests have clarity, and you are not left managing travel questions on your own.
Step 5 — Booking + Concierge Support+
Once your package is confirmed, we continue with support for final details, guest coordination, and the overall wedding-week experience.
Goal: a polished, effortless process from inquiry to “I do.”

FAQ

Clear answers, upfront—and optimized for search.

Do you offer a free discovery call?+
Yes. We begin with a complimentary 10-minute discovery call to learn about your wedding vision, guest count, destination interests, and overall fit.

If we decide to move forward together, a $99 planning fee is charged to begin the destination wedding planning process.
What does the $99 planning fee cover?+
The $99 planning fee begins the destination wedding planning process and includes destination strategy, curated resort recommendations, and wedding-week planning guidance.

The $99 fee is applied directly toward your package once your wedding is booked.
Are “free destination weddings” really free?+
Many resorts offer complimentary wedding packages under certain conditions such as minimum room nights, room categories, or group bookings.

Upgrades like florals, photography, private receptions, décor, and specialty venues are typically additional.
Do you manage guest travel and rooms?+
Yes. Ndota supports the guest travel strategy, room coordination, and logistics so you are not managing travel questions from your guests throughout the engagement and wedding week.
How far in advance should we plan?+
The ideal planning window is 9–14 months in advance.

Weddings planned within 6 months can still work well, but flexibility with destination and resort selection is important.
Do you plan passport-friendly weddings?+
Yes. Passport-friendly destinations for U.S. travelers include Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Hawai‘i.
